EG Miele: an independent Miele repair centre
We are a team of technicians who repair Miele home appliances at your home: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, built-in ovens and hobs, microwaves and vacuum cleaners. This page tells you exactly who we are, how we work, and what you're entitled to with us.
Who we are
EG Miele is an independent repair centre. We are not Miele, not its agent or distributor in Egypt, and not the warranty provider named on your appliance's warranty card.
We do one thing: repair Miele appliances after the warranty ends, or when warranty service is not an option, and we focus on that brand only. That focus is why our technicians know the faults of the models common in Egypt and usually arrive with the right parts on the first visit.
How a repair works, from the first call to the warranty

You contact us. Call 16062 or message us on WhatsApp with the appliance type, the fault and the model if you have it. We confirm the visit time on the same call.

Free home inspection. The technician arrives with the common parts for your appliance and diagnoses the fault. The inspection is free.

Price before any work. Before anything is opened or replaced, you get the full final price: the part if one is needed, plus labour. The decision is yours, and declining costs nothing.

Repair in front of you. The new part is fitted in front of you, you keep the old one, and you get a written invoice with the details of the work.

Written 6-month warranty. The warranty covers the repair and the part. If the same fault returns within that period, we fix it again at no charge.
What we commit to on every visit
A specialist for each appliance
Washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and ovens and hobs each have their own technicians. No one technician does everything.
Careful with built-ins
Integrated Miele ovens, hobs and fridges are removed from your kitchen units and refitted exactly. If a repair isn't worth it compared with a new appliance, we tell you plainly.
Model-matched parts
The part we fit matches your model, and the technician tells you its name and price before fitting it.
A clear price up front
The inspection is free and the final price is agreed before any work. No surprises on the bill once the appliance is open.
If your appliance is still under purchase warranty
Then the repair is yours free of charge through the provider named on your warranty card, and having anyone else open the appliance (including us) can void that warranty. Call the number on the card first; we're here once the warranty ends.
How we write this site
Our fault and error-code guides are written and reviewed by our technical team from real home repairs, not copied from catalogues. When something turns out to be wrong or changes, we correct it, and each guide shows its last review date. The Miele name and appliance photos are used only to identify the appliances we repair; we don't use the Miele logo.
