When we take requests

We take requests 24/7, including Fridays and public holidays. The technician’s visit time is confirmed on the same call, depending on your area.

Have these ready for a faster diagnosis

The model number: on a label inside the washer or dryer door, on the edge of the dishwasher door, inside the fridge on the side wall, or under the vacuum.
What the fault is: when it started, when exactly it happens, and any noise or blinking light.
The error code on the display, if there is one. A photo on WhatsApp helps a lot.
Your address and area, and the best time for you to be home.
